Ehsan Proshikkon Sheba Foundation (EPSF) is a voluntary organization for helpless and underprivileged people. This institution was approved in 2008 by the joint stock company of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh under the Societies Act of 1860 in order to make the youth and helpless women self-reliant with different kind of training. The activities of this organization are being carried out in every district of Bangladesh. Especially in the remote areas, the activities of the deprived areas have been observed in the higher rates. Provide education, food, clothing and housing for helpless underprivileged children, stitching for helpless women, providing cottage industries, training of livestock, and providing various types of training for the unemployed youth.
Bangladesh has played an important role in the socioeconomic field. With the Ehsan Prosikhon Seba Foundation, cooperation from different categories of people including prominent people of the country and society, including educationists, Agriculturists, lawyers, journalists, doctors and students have been cooperating in various ways.
Ehsan Proshikkhon Seba Foundation (EPSF) is a non-profit, charitable and non-governmental development agency) starts its journey in recently with a view to reducing the curse of poverty, hunger, malnutrition, and sufferings of disaster-affected helpless people. It is dedicated to serving distressed humanity irrespective of caste, creed, race, color, religion, and other identities. Poverty alleviation is one of its major activities by providing capital support and technical training to the poor and ultra-poor community members for running income and employment generation activities. Alongside, education, healthcare, safe water supply, sanitation, hygiene education, disaster preparedness, orphan support, construction of mosques, orphanages, relief, and rehabilitation are being implemented since its inception. The beneficiaries are offered occasional assistance as well during Holy Ramadan and the two Eid festivals through the distribution of food, clothing items, Qurbani meat, and cash help, etc.
To gain divine pleasure and satisfaction of Almighty through serving His creations and establish a society free from all sorts of injustice & discrimination. Ehsan Proshikkhon Seba Foundation (EPSF) has been serving distressed humanity irrespective of caste, creed, race, color, religion, ethnicity, and nationality. Universal primary education, Technical & Vocational training, Income Generating Program, Islamic Microfinance, Healthcare, Drinking Water, sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Emergency Relief and Rehabilitation, Orphan Support, Ramadan Support, Eid-Gift, Qurbani Support, etc. are the major areas of intervention.
